Dear Brother Knights,
Our council will again be participating in the PA Knights Football Frenzy Sweeps Program. Each ticket sells for $10 and enters you into the contest for each of the last 10 weeks of the NFL regular season (October 31, 2010 - January 2, 2011).
Last year, we had one of the $400 dollar winners and several other smaller winners in our batch of tickets. Remember, the more tickets we sell, the more money that comes back to our council.
Tickets are available now - call me at 354-4685, drop me an e-mail or grab me at church and I will get you as many tickets as you'd like. All ticket stubs and money will be due back to me absolutely no later than Sunday, October 17th. If you are unfamiliar with the program, feel free to call me for details.

New Holland Fair 2010
Kielbasa and sweet kraut sandwitches are on the menu again this year!

Fall Omelet Breakfast!!
On Sunday November 7th, our council will again host the bi-annual Omelet Breakfast at Our Lady of Lourdes after all of the Sunday Masses.
A few good men are needed to join the committee as well as pitch in and help, please contact Tom Jubon, chair, or Joe Poli for more information.
Also, daylight savings time ends.
Knights of Columbus Shirt sale
We can order Tee shirts, Golf shirts, Sweat Shirts and Long Sleeve dress shirts with a pocket. They will have the K of C Logo, your council name and number with city if you want. On the Long sleeve dress shirt with a pocket you can have your name over the pocket also (Bob, Rich, Tom, etc).
Tee Shirts come in White, Navy, or Gray sizes small to 3XL and cost $8.00 ea.
Golf Shirts come in White, Gray, Navy, Green, Gold, Red, and Light
Blue sizes small to 3XL and cost $15.00 ea.
Sweat Shirts come in White, Gray, Navy, Maroon, and Gold sizes small to 3XL and cost $16.00 ea.
Long Sleve Dress Shirts come in White, Navy, Maroon, Gold, and Green sizes small to 3XL and cost $20.00 ea.
Also we can order aprons and they would have the K. of C. Logo for $12.00 ea. Contact Tom Schneider to order.

ARC fundraiser
Our council received an award plaque for 2009-2010 achieving $7.00 per member average donation.

NH Rec. Flower show 2010
Our council participated in the New Holland Recreation center's 1st ever Flower Show. We sold freshly grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, and egg sandwitches. It was a very productive and entertaining 4 days.
Beach Blast
On Saturday March 6th, our council participated in the New Holland Rec center Beach Blast by serving food in the kitchen. After a slow morning start, the tempo picked up and DGK Jim Futer was moving hot dogs faster than than a speeding bullet!

Sub sale
Our council held it's 1st sub sale to benefit the Richard Zimmermann family of New Holland.
The subs were delivered on March 4th, 2009. Thanks to everyone who helped including all sellers and morning workers including Leon Hutton and Joe Laich.
